For platform and agent teams

Make the next agent release decision with evidence

Choose one workflow, fix the cases and checks, and compare a candidate with your baseline. Inspect failures and missing evidence before a named reviewer decides what happens next.

Hypothetical workflow · no customer results

Policy Q&A: when the right answer is a question

Imagine a fictional insurance policy with a coverage clause, an exclusion and a versioned endorsement. Someone asks whether water damage is covered but leaves out the cause. Test whether the agent asks for the missing facts instead of making an unsupported coverage decision.

Failure to test

A confident answer that ignores the exclusion or invents a citation.

Candidate change to evaluate

Require the correct policy version, supporting citations, and clarification or escalation when the facts are insufficient.

  • Check source version, citation support and unsupported coverage claims.
  • Check appropriate clarification and prevent disclosure from unrelated records.
  • Hold the candidate if a critical check fails or evidence is incomplete, even if the aggregate score improves.

This is a fictional evaluation design, not insurance advice, an implementation or a measured result. No outputs, scores or release decision are claimed.

Inspect the proof that is available

The six-case code example shows how to compare fixed checks. It does not demonstrate an insurance workflow or a real agent improvement.

One code change. Six checks.

Convert a title to a URL slug. Inspect a failed check, then compare the fix.

Input
"Hello, world!"
Expected
"hello-world"
Actual
"hello,-world!"

Fail: punctuation remains in the result.

Local, self-reported results from the included sample files. No agent or model was called. This is not a customer run or a platform-verified evaluation.

Run this example

A real, permissioned agent run pair with versioned cases, rubric, observed outputs and a reviewer decision is still needed before we claim demonstrated workflow improvement.

A scoped paid pilot

Start with one workflow

Discuss a scoped paid pilot to define the cases, compare a baseline and candidate, and review the evidence together. Scope, availability and fees are agreed before work begins.

Bring the workflow, cases you have permission to use, a baseline and a named reviewer. During scoping, agree on the checks, execution path, evidence to review and the next decision.

Agree on execution and data boundaries first

  • Hosted model-only evaluation, local-model answers submitted for judging, and entirely local CLI records have different data flows and evidence limits. Compare execution paths.
  • Python sandbox implementation is not evidence of hosted production validation. General arbitrary-code hosting, custom containers and browser automation are not promised.
  • Authorized traces are best-effort call metadata. Outputs, evaluator text and saved private inputs have separate handling. Read capture limits and result retention details.
  • Automated proposals and signed release records depend on deployment and feature gates. Human approval and production deployment are separate steps; this is not model-weight training.
  • Private challenge access is not a private VPC or on-premises platform. Procurement requirements and unverified operational details are listed on Trust.

Get hands-on help to start

Get started with an optional paid advisory session or workshop. We will agree on the work and price with you before booking.

1 hour · paid

Advisory session

A focused working session on one agent workflow, evaluation decision, or tooling bottleneck your team is stuck on.

You leave with
  • A clearer explanation of the problem
  • Recommended next steps for your team
  • Written follow-up notes after the call
Remote, scheduled around your team.
2 days · paid

Team workshop

Practice designing evaluation environments, reviewing agent results, and comparing runs with your team.

You leave with
  • Shared practice on your real evaluation environments
  • A process for reviewing agent results
  • A 30-day rollout plan
Two consecutive days, scheduled with your team.

Discuss one workflow

Use the 30-minute discovery call to confirm fit, execution support, data restrictions and the next scoping step. A completed evaluation requires separately agreed preparation.
